As of today, I've been learning Japanese for 5 months now.
I picked it up a little after I graduated to stave off unemployment-based brainrot. I'm by no means as good as I want to be with it, especially considering how long it's been since I started, but I will be kind to myself. There's no particular need for me to learn it as soon as possible (I'm doing it as a hobby), and I can only do so much on my own working a 9-to-6 while going to the gym almost everyday.
If you're learning a language and you're not using Anki you're only handicapping yourself
To practice, I wanted to write in Japanese about my experiences with something I picked up on the same day I did Japanese: gongfu tea.
